2011 Tile Association Triple Award Winners

Saturday 2nd April 2011 was a successful night for P Plunkett Tiling Contractors Ltd at the annual Tile Association awards dinner.  The company made the final shortlist for awards in 5 categories on the night and came away with 3 trophies.

First success was The Cathedral Church of St Mary, which won in the category of Best Technical Use of a Tile in a Contract.

Our recently qualified apprentice, Jonathan Carter, triumphed in the category for Trainee of The Year; hopefully this will be a pointer towards his inclusion in the UK team for the World Skills "Olympics" later this year.

Finally we won the coveted award for Excellence in Tile Contracting, possibly the most sought after award for tiling contractors.
