Accreditations & Awards
Since the company’s inception in 1975 we have endeavoured to provide our clients with a consistently high quality of product and service. As a guiding framework to maintain that high level of quality, the company developed and implemented a code of procedure to standardise all aspects of our operations.
Since February 1992 our systems have been recognised as meeting the requirements of the quality standard adopted throughout the European Union, currently ISO 9001:2015. The quality procedures are applied to all activities throughout the company to provide a regular and disciplined system from first concepts to maintenance upon completion.
As a responsible and environmentally conscious company we further developed our procedures to ensure that we obtained the Environmental Standard ISO14001:2015. Our attention to detail and procedure has helped us gain a number of other accreditations much sought after by clients, including Chas, Constructionline and Achiles Building Confidence.
Further to the recognition of our systems and procedures, in 1997 we achieved Investors in People status and maintained it until 2019, now we use it as both a framework and motivational tool in the training and development of our most valuable resource, our employees. In accordance with the certification requirements for all these accreditations, all our procedures are regularly reviewed and audited so that our systems are continually adapted to ensure an ongoing commitment to improvement.

We are pleased to announce that we have once again had our Chas Accreditation renewed, without any issues to address. The certificate shall be valid through to 31st May 2017.
