Newcastle Central Station

Project Date: Spring 2014

This project involved uplifting the existing terrazzo flooring to the main concourse, re-screeding and re-tiling with new terrazzo, including renewing several heavy duty duct and access covers.  To maintain the use of the station throughout the works, most of it was undertaken out of hours.

The photographs show the area in front of the existing kiosks after breaking out, during tiling and finally on completion of polishing.
