Always nice to receive praise for a job well done; we recently received this email for our work on Bridlington Leisure Centre, and thought we would put it on public show.
“I just wanted to put into writing our thoughts and appreciation of the work that Plunkett’s have done for us at Bridlington over the past few months. I would specifically like to thank Steven Allsopp and Mark McNally for their efforts in delivering the project in the manner they have; with as much care and attention as they possibly could. Both of them know their roles inside out and the effort that both of them put into to achieving and delivering a quality product for both Bam & Plunkett’s, is the best I have experienced in my time in the industry.
As a site we have been impressed by the quality of all your operatives on site and the attention that they pay to delivering a quality product but also in a timely manner.
As an industry we are all too quick to criticize and fall out but I also think it’s important that when exceptional service is seen we are as quick to praise this, as we are to criticize.
