We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the ceramic tiling package for the groundbreaking ‘Housing Innovation and Construction Skills Academy’ (HICSA) in Sunderland. Collaborating with local main contractor, Brims Construction Limited, our skilled team is excited to commence works on this esteemed local project.
Scope of Work
Our expert operatives will be installing nearly 500m² of tiles, provided by our trusted supply chain partners, Verona and Johnson Tiles, which will deliver functionality and aesthetic appear in the building’s toilet facilities and main reception areas.
Additionally, given the project involves incorporating and repurposing an existing goods shed, our skilled operatives will also undertake specialized preparatory and waterproofing works, using high-performance ancillary products from Mapei. These measures will ensure the building meets modern standards and remains future-proofed for years to come.
