Having began in the late summer of 2020, works are currently nearing completion at the Embankment West development on the Salford Quays.
Working across two buildings for our regular client Sir Robert McAlpine, our works have seen us install wall and floor tiling; supplied by Blueprint Ceramics and Domus respectfully, to several guest and staff restroom and shower facilities, numerous lift core lobbies as well as to the opulent executive bathroom suits.
The main area of our work however has been to the projects leisure suite where we have undertaken a complete installation of all render, screed, waterproofing; provided by our colleagues from Mapei, alongside the ceramic tiling to the facilities pool tank, surround and changing facilities. Additionally, our highly trained operatives also installed linear drainage channels and accompanying floor gullies provided by our long-term supply chain partner Paragon.
We look forward to the successful completion of what is certain to be a standout development in the fashionable dockside area of Greater Manchester.
