We started working with SDC Builders Ltd in April on the development of 1000 Discovery Drive, a cutting-edge office and laboratory space located on Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
As part of our role in this project we are in the process of installing over 1000m2 of wall and floor tiling encompassing the circulation areas, toilets, and changing areas. As part of our package we are installing a bespoke tiled staircase to all four levels. All tiles are supplied by BluePrint Ceramics and Solus who are known for their quality and aesthetic appeal, which will undoubtedly enhance the overall look and functionality of the space.
We are installing these tiles this by using products from Mapei ranges of adhesives, grouts, screeds, and waterproofing systems. By using a full Mapei system their products are typically designed to work together seamlessly, providing a cohesive and reliable solution for tiling projects.
Our team will continue to work diligently throughout the summer on this one and will provide an update on the finished product when complete!
