After the success of Bank House, our most recent project with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the ceramic tiling package for the next project on the extensive Pilgrim Street re-development, the new HMRC Headquarters Pilgrims Quarter.
This project, the largest office development on Tyneside for many years, will contain 4,000M² of large format floor tiling to circulation and lobby areas and 3,000M² of wall tiling to WC and shower blocks, all supplied by Verona. We will also be using over 2,500M² of Marmox UK as an anti-fracture membrane in areas containing raised access flooring. All of the tiling and tilebacker board will be installed using a selection of Mapei (UK) Ltd products from their comprehensive range of preparation, tiling and waterproofing products.
With our tiling due to start in March 2024 we are excited to continue our work on this prestigious scheme.
