As part of our drive towards continuous improvement, every time we complete a project, we send our client a simple questionnaire to fill in regarding our performance, quality, value etc.  Occasionally we also receive a few words of praise to accompany the formal response.  The Project Manager for Galliford Try Infrastructure, on their recent Stansted Airport- Satelite 1 refurbishment project, was one such satisfied customer, and sent us these kind words with his response;
