Following on from our recent triple National Awards from the Tile Association, Plunkett Tiling have scored a win in the Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards 2011, held at the Newcastle Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel on May 14th; demonstrating our commitment to maintaining our position as the top specialist tiling contractor in the UK.
Our success came in the SME (small and medium sized enterprise) category, which is open to construction companies who have made strides in improving their company through implementing best practice. Judges looked for examples of where improvements have been made across the board in terms of both people and processes, with particular focus on people development, adopting best practice, and collaborative and new ways of working. The awards, held every year in May, are a celebration of everything the North East construction industry has to be proud of. Plunkett Tiling now have the honour of representing the North East in the National Constructing Excellence Awards, to be held in the Autumn.
